Gift vouchers

• Gift vouchers are valid on all products and services across the brand.
• Each gift voucher is valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
• Gift vouchers are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-transferable.
• Gift vouchers must be presented at the time of purchase (physical or digital).
• Only one gift voucher can be used per transaction unless stated otherwise.
• Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash or credit.
• If the purchase value exceeds the voucher amount, the balance must be paid by the customer.
• If the purchase value is less than the voucher amount, no balance or credit will be carried forward.
• Lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers will not be replaced.
• Gift vouchers cannot be combined with any other offer, discount, or promotion unless specified.
• Gift vouchers / coupons are not valid on sale, promotional, or discounted items.
• Validity will not be extended once expired.
• The brand reserves the right to modify or withdraw the gift voucher program without prior notice.
